AIUA Notice Regarding Hurricane Ida;
Due to Hurricane Ida, and until further notice, Mortgage binders and waivers are no longer being accepted by AIUA.
When claims arise, they need to be reported to AIUA promptly. To report a claim;
- o Call toll free at 1-866-780-2482
- o Fax our claim form (attached) to 866-728-7308
Temporary repairs need to be made to prevent further damage. Document these repairs with photos if possible. Special attention should be given to salvage. You should keep all damaged property until it has been inspected by an adjuster.
